Residential refurbishment is the main bulk of our work, with all of our trades and project management team located in house. This means we can be competitive on price. We also have the ability to deliver to very tight timescales.
Your Leonard Property team will manage your entire project from the outset including all aspects of design development, architectural and design work structural calculations, through to the fixtures and fittings.
We can offer construction work that includes structural alterations, demolition of existing buildings extensions, loft, and garage and basement conversions. We also design and build home offices in your home or garden. Our team includes technology home design experts so we are able to design and deliver home cinema spaces and fully networked property solutions. We have even built a gym for one of our customers.
Our team will manage all of refurbishment project including all building works, refurbishment, alterations and interior design. The team will liaise with planning & building control throughout the project as necessary and will ensure that all works are compliant with the relevant authorities.

Construction Project Management
Do you need a professional and experienced project manager? Perhaps you have your own team or want to ensure that your constructor is looking after your interests. If so, we can help.
We have a team of four expert project managers – each of which have a range of specialisms. All of our project managers are members of Association of Project Managers and Project Management Institute. One of them is a Prince 2 practitioner.
Our Approach
- Provide our clients with an expert construction manager, part time or full time depending on the complexity and scope of the assignment
- Develop a project brief with our client to ensure that we fully understand what is being delivered, in what time frame and to what budget
- We will undertake a simple risk assessment on the project and contractor / contractors who are delivering.
- Manage & communicate to both client and contractor throughout the project using a checkpoint system to ensure the project remains on track and all risk and decisions are made in a timely manner
- Our project managers, will ensure all of the correct documentation is in place and fully complaint.
- If required the project managers can be used in order to resolve issues between client & contractor
- Project closure, insuring all work has been completed to the correct standard, all budgets closed and the correct documentation and guarantees are in place.
